Roasted Red Pepper Humus

Ingredients:
2 garlic
1 Can garbanzo beans
1/3 Cup Tahini
4 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 red bell pepper
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Place the garlic into food processor and pulse until minced.
2. Add the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, and oil. Pulse until smooth.
3. Toss in the roasted peppers and salt and pulse until everything is incorporated.
4. Serve with fresh cut veggies of your choice or with baked chicken!
