Roasted Veggies

1/4 Cup olive oil
2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Fresh or Dried Herbs
1 red onion
2 Peppers
1 zucchini
1 Yellow Squash


Combine everything in a bowl and mix together. Taste a vegetable and see if you would prefer more salt or pepper. Place on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Or throw it on the grill in a tray to get a different flavor!
