1 Can Squash or Pumpkin Puree, canned
1 white onion
1/4 Cup Flat Leaf Parsley
3/4 Cup Oats
2 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
Other Addition/Substitution Ideas:
Cooked Squash, diced and added to meat mixture
Organic canned Sweet Potato puree
Ground Flax Meal
1. Combine all ingredients for meatloaf using heavy-duty spoon or your hands.
2. Split mixture into two well greased bread pans.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 -60 minutes, or until reaches 160 degrees.
