Ingredients:
2 Pound chicken breast
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil
1 Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cook chicken; dice up in bite size pieces.
2. Make pizza crust of your choice from breads section of this recipe book. Follow those directions for making crust.
3. Add chicken and toppings.
4. Add mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 8-10 minutes or until your liking on the cheese and/or crust.
5. Enjoy!
