Gluten Free Pizza Crust

3 Cup Chickpea/Garbanzo Flour
1 Dry Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water
1 Teaspoon salt


Mix 2 Cups of the flour of your choice (Amaranth Flour, Arrowroot Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Millet Flour, Quinoa Flour, Chickpea/Garbanzo Flour) with the yeast, and salt. Then stir in water. If mixture is really sticky keep adding flour until it forms dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes with plastic wrap over it. Once 10 minutes has passed take dough out and use some more wheat flour if needed to get crust rolled our on pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Add your ingredients and bake for another 10 minutes and it is ready to eat!!
