Broiled White Fish with Rosemary and Lemon

Ingredients:
2 White Fish Fillets
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic
2 Teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
1 lemon

Directions:

1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, and salt and pepper if desired; and stir.
3. Place fish (orange roughy, tilapia, mahi mahi) on a greased pan or glass dish.
4. Pour combined ingredients over fish and boil 5 to 6 inches from heat source for 5 minutes.
5. Turn fish over, continue to broil 4 to 5 minutes, or until fish is opaque throughout.
