Tuna, Chicken or Egg Salad

1 Can Tuna
4 Ounce chicken breast
3 Hard Boiled Eggs
1/4 Cup Celery
2 Tablespoon white onion
1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Noodles
1/4 Cup Pickles
2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
2 Teaspoon yellow mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper


1. Make your salad using either tuna, chopped chicken breast, or chopped hard boiled eggs.
2. Cook the noodles to your liking. While the noodles are cooking start chopping your celery and pickles.
3. Once noodles are cooked and cooled, add tuna, chicken or hard boiled eggs.
4. Add in celery, pickles, onion, mayo, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and white pepper and combine.
