The Best Chili

Ingredients:
2 Pound ground beef
1 yellow onion
1 green bell pepper
2 Cup Celery
2 diced tomatoes
3 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
3 Teaspoon chili powder
1 Pinto Beans
1 black beans
1 kidney beans
1 Package Chili Seasoning Mix
1 Shredded Cheddar
1 sour cream
1 green onion
Directions:
In a skillet, brown ground beef, drain and set aside. Spray large pot with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the onion, green pepper and celery and saute briefly. Stir in the diced and whole tomatoes. Add cumin and chili powder to taste and cook for about 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add the beans, browned meat, and chili seasoning. Partially cover and let simmer for 4 hours.
*Or you can brown the ground beef, throw everything in a crock-pot and let it sit and cook on medium for 4-6 hours. Enjoy!
