2 Pound ground beef
1/2 Cup Salsa
1 Ounce Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
14 Cup Peppers
1/4 Cup yellow onion
1/4 Cup Mushrooms
1/4 Cup tomato
1/4 Cup Fresh Spinach
1/4 Cup Olives, Green and/or black
2 Tablespoon sour cream
1 tortilla


1. In a skillet pan cook or reheat the meat of your choice.
2. While that is cooking chop up the vegetables of your choice to put on your taco (olives, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers, and onions).
3. Once the meat is cooked put it in the tortilla with your vegetables, salsa, cheese, and sour cream.
