4 Pound Beef Roast
1 yellow onion
2 garlic
2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
2 Tablespoon garlic powder
4 Cup Beef Stock
3 Teaspoon salt


1. In a crock-pot put the beef roast cubes, broth, onion, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and set on high.
2. Let it cook for at least 5 hours. It should be moist and falling apart when you touch it with a fork.
3. When the roast is done you can serve on bread, or in a bowl with some BBQ sauce and some veggies.
