Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Walnut Oil
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1/4 Cup honey
1 egg
1/4 Teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoon water
2 Cup Oats
2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/3 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
2/3 Cup Raisins
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheets well.
2. In a bowl, mix oil, applesauce and honey together.
3. Add egg, vanilla, water and mix well.
4. Add oats, protein powder, flour, salt, baking soda, raisins, and cinnamon, and mix until just blended.
5. Drop batter onto baking sheets, and bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
