No Cook Protein Bars

1 1/2 Cup Oats
8 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed
1/2 Cup Nut Butter
1/4 Cup water
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 Cup Dried Fruit


1. Grease an 8 inch square pan with coconut oil.
2. In a large bowl mix oats, protein powder (you can use either chocolate or vanilla protein powder) and ground flax seed.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together nut butter of your choice (almond, cashew, etc.), water (may need a little more depending on your mixture) and vanilla. Add the nut butter mixture to the dry ingredients and stir to form a sticky dough. Stir or knead in the dried fruit of your choice (cherries, raisins, blueberries, apricots, etc.)
4. Using wet hands or a spatula, spread the mixture evenly into the prepared 8 inch pan. Freeze for 1 hour (or refrigerate overnight) until mixture is firm enough to cut. Cut into 9 squares. Wrap individually and store in your refrigerator to grab on your way out the door!
