No Cook Apple Pie

1/4 Cup pecans
1/4 Cup walnuts
8 Dates
4 apple
1 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 Cup honey


1. Make the crust by putting the pecans, walnuts, and dates in a food processor and process until well combined.
2. Spread in a pie pan.
3. For the filling put the apples in the food processor and process into pieces. Then place the apples in a big bowl and add the cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
4. Drizzle a layer of honey over the crust before spreading the apple filling over it.
5. Place in the fridge to set up for 30 minutes.
