1/2 Cup vegetables of your choice
1 Cup Romaine Lettuce
1/2 Cup Fresh Spinach
1/4 avocado
2 Tablespoon walnuts
2 Tablespoon Dried Cranberries
4 Ounce chicken breast
3 Teaspoon olive oil
3 Teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper


1. Chop the lettuce and put it in a bowl with the spinach.
2. Add the avocado, walnuts, cranberries, and chicken.
3. For the dressing combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt and white pepper in a glass container and shake until well combined.
4. Drizzle salad dressing over salad and enjoy.
