Creamy Coleslaw

1/2 Green Cabbage
1/2 Red Cabbage
3 Cup carrot
1/2 Cup green onion
1/2 Cup Flat Leaf Parsley
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoon yellow mustard
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper


1. Cut all your cabbage and carrots up into thin strips, or use a food processor with the shredding attachment.
2. In a large bowl combine the cabbage, carrots, green onion, parsley and mix to combine.
3. Once combined add your mayo, apple cider vinegar, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
4. Mix until well combined. Taste to see if more salt and/or pepper is needed.
