Chicken Tomato-Avocado Wrap

1/4 Cup red onion
1 Teaspoon jalapeno pepper
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime, juice
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon garlic
1/4 Cup cilantro
2 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts
2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
1. Combine onion, jalapeno, lime juice, vinegar, garlic, and salt into bowl.
2. Add avocado, tomato, and cilantro; stir well.
3. Serve immediately or, to store, reserve avocado pit, add to mixture to prevent browning, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
4. Serve with chicken breasts and a lightly toasted whole wheat tortilla wraps.
