2 egg
1/4 Cup Peppers
1/4 Cup yellow onion
1/4 Cup Mushrooms
1/4 Cup tomato
1/4 Cup Fresh Spinach
1/4 Cup zucchini
1 Ounce Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 tortilla
Directions:
1. In a skillet, heat butter and cook the eggs and vegetables to your liking.
2. Slide eggs onto the tortilla and top with the cheese.
