Black Bean Hummus

2 Black Beans, canned
3/4 Cup Tahini
1/4 Cup lemon juice
1/4 Cup cilantro
4 green onion
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper


1. Combine canned black beans (drained and rinsed), tahini, lemon juice, cilantro, green onions, olive oil, garlic, and ground cumin in a food processor until smooth.
2. Season hummus to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Spoon hummus into bowl. Serve with fresh vegetables.
