2 Ounce steak
1 Slice wheat bread
1/2 Cup vegetables of your choice
1. With two skillet pans, heat them with some butter and cook the eggs to your liking and breakfast sausage, bacon, or meat leftovers in the other pan.
2. Toast a piece of bread or have a cup of fruit.
3. Cut up some vegetables and put them in with your eggs or eat them on the side.
4. Sit down and enjoy your big breakfast!
