4 Slice Ezekiel Bread
1 Pinch Redmond salt
1 Pinch black pepper
1. Place 4 pieces of Ezekiel Bread in the toaster.
2. While it is toasting, cut and scoop out the avocado meat and mash with a fork.
3. When bread is toasted, spread avocado on top of each slice of bread and sprinkle with salt and pepper and enjoy!
This is so simple, yet so yummy. It is an easy side to add to any dish you are preparing.
This is good with an egg on the side or an egg on top of it!
