In this seminar we will take a look at safe and effective herbs to help with acute and chronic stress. Leading the discussion will be Marisa Messer. Marisa is a Master Herbalist graduated from the School of Natural Healing. She is a practitioner of Emotional Resolution which works gently and permanently to resolve emotional barriers. She is studying BodyTalk, a complete health system that aids the body in communicating, synchronizing, and balancing to function optimally. Marisa has also studied Applied Kinesiology with the Kinesiology Institute. She is a certified life coach who makes it a habit to look beneath surface issues to discover the root of the problem in hopes of connecting the pieces to work towards true wholeness. Her goal is to assist and support others in their journey towards natural health in their body, mind, and spirit. Marisa meets with people via video chat and in person.
