Dr Sandy Seeman will talk about how many times we know what is wrong with our diet or with our lifestyle. Knowing what to eat is one thing, but creating a plan to follow though is another. Last month we learned about sugar and foods to avoid, as well as healthy foods to add to your diet. This month we will learn more about preparing healthy foods and creating a plan to implement a healthy diet. Contrary to popular belief, healthy food tastes great! Part of the process is learning to balance flavors, add some new items to your kitchen to develop those flavors, and learn a new way of cooking to retrain your palate to love healthy food! We will talk about building flavors in your cooking, a healthy gut bacteria population, and building defenses to falling back into the old way of eating.
