Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 10-30 Minutes Number of Servings: 6 Ingredients: 1 3/4 Cup Oats 1 1/3 Cup Half & Half 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce 1/3 Cup Wheat Germ 3 Vanilla Protein Powder Directions: 1. In a medium bowl, mix oats with milk, let stand 5 minutes. 2. Add egg, oil, vanilla, applesauce and honey. 3. Add dry ingredients and mix until just blended. 4. Cook in waffle maker. Other Options: Add dried cranberries and walnuts, or any other fruit that you enjoy!
