Ingredients:
2 egg
1 Tablespoon cream cheese
1/8 Cup Sprouts
1 Tablespoon red onion
1/4 Cup avocado
1 Slice wheat bread
Directions:
1. Heat a skillet with some butter and cook your eggs to your liking.
2. Toast a piece of bread and spread some cream cheese on it.
3. Add sprouts, eggs, red onion, and avocado.
