1/2 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Ground Flax Seed
2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup honey
1 egg
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup water
1/2 Cup Nuts
1/4 Cup Fresh or Dried Fruits


1. In medium bowl mix together all of the ingredients from above. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken if necessary.
2. Spoon into muffin tins.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
