Greek Pizza

2 Pound chicken breast
1 red onion
1 red bell pepper
1/2 Cup Katamala Olives
1 mozzarella grated cheese
1/2 Feta Cheese


1. Cook chicken; dice up in bite size pieces.
2. Make pizza crust of your choice from breads section of this recipe book. Follow those directions for making crust.
3. Add Feta Cheese to crust.
4. Add chicken and toppings.
5. Add mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 8-10 minutes or until your liking on the cheese and/or crust.
6. Enjoy!
